Light Fruit Cake with icing & marzipan

Our fruit cake is plumped with vine fruits (sultanas, currants, raisins), glacé cherries, citrus peel and festive spices. Matured with our homemade cherry brandy for a deliciously moist bite and deeper flavour.

All our cakes are freshly baked to order from our kitchen using quality ingredients. We pride ourselves in not using preservatives.
